A broad foundation of care: "I became a nurse in 2004 and a nurse practitioner in 2010, with experience in primary care, community health, addiction medicine, and wound care. More recently, I’ve focused on functional health and wellness, including fertility awareness and weight management."
Caring for women in midlife: "I’ve always been drawn to women’s reproductive health, and supporting women in midlife feels like a natural next step. At Midi, I’m inspired by the mission of helping women better understand their bodies and navigate this stage with confidence."
Empowerment through understanding: "Many women I’ve cared for have felt underserved by traditional healthcare—sometimes unsure about what’s normal for them. I aim to create a space where women feel heard, supported, and equipped to take ownership of their health."
My care philosophy: "After meeting with me, I want women to walk away feeling empowered by what their bodies are capable of and confident in their ability to reach a lasting sense of wellness and vitality."
