From surgery to women’s health: "I began my career in 2011 in a busy cardiothoracic surgery unit, supporting patients through some of their most critical moments before and after surgery. During graduate school, I spent the majority of my training hours with an OB/GYN, and that’s when I knew women’s health was where I belonged. Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of caring for women across every stage of life, and I’m truly grateful that my path led me to Midi."
Conversations without judgment: "Throughout my career, patients have told me they appreciate the way I speak with them—professional yet approachable. Women’s health concerns are often seen as taboo outside the exam room, but with me, nothing is off limits. I create space for patients to share openly, without embarrassment, so I can tailor care to their real, specific concerns."
Whole-person care: "At Midi, I’m inspired by working in an organization created by women, for women, that also supports me as a mom working from home. My care philosophy is holistic and comprehensive: I consider not just the symptom, but the whole person—their lifestyle, stress, health history, and goals. Education and empowerment are central, because I believe patients should always feel like active participants in their care."
