A broad clinical foundation: "I became a registered nurse in 2004 and a nurse practitioner in 2007. My background includes primary care, wellness, urgent care, women’s health, aesthetics, and caring for patients across the lifespan—from age two through adulthood. I’ve cared for both acute and chronic conditions, which has given me a broad perspective on what people need at different stages of life."
Finding my place in midlife care: "As I looked to expand my work in women’s health, perimenopause and menopause became especially meaningful to me. I was drawn to the opportunity to help women navigate this important stage of life with thoughtful, individualized care."
Helping women find their way back: "One of the most rewarding parts of working at Midi is hearing women say, ‘I have my old self back. You changed my life. I got my life back.’ Those moments motivate and inspire me because they remind me just how much midlife symptoms can affect every part of a woman’s life."
Listening first: "My approach is simple: I let women talk. I want to hear their story, their journey, their goals, and what their old self looks like to them. Most importantly, I want every woman I care for to feel heard, seen, validated, and cared for—with the utmost respect."
