Listening first: "I’ve been working in healthcare since becoming a nurse in 2012 and a nurse practitioner in 2016. My background includes community health at a federally qualified health center, private practice primary care, women’s health, and telemedicine urgent care. Throughout every stage of my career, I’ve always been drawn to women’s health because women are often the ones seeking care for everyone else while struggling to feel truly heard themselves."
Care that feels personal: "One of the things patients tell me most often is that they feel listened to, and that has always been incredibly important to me. I want patients to feel comfortable talking openly with me and to feel like we’ve built a real relationship and partnership in their care. No two women are the same, so I believe treatment plans should feel individualized, realistic, and tailored to each person’s goals and lifestyle."
Helping women feel like themselves again: "I’m passionate about helping women improve their quality of life during midlife. This stage of life can feel overwhelming, especially for women who are busy caring for everyone around them. I want patients to know they don’t have to simply push through difficult symptoms. My goal is to help women feel better, supported, and more like themselves again."
