Experienced and attentive care: "I’ve been a nurse since 2007 and became a nurse practitioner in 2018, with experience in obstetrics, women's health, and primary care. Early in my career, I worked as a Labor & Delivery nurse, then spent four years as a nurse practitioner in an OBGYN office caring for women’s health and perinatal patients. For the past four years, I’ve focused more in primary care, always keeping women’s unique needs at the center."
Moments that matter: "I’m proud of the small ways I can make a big difference. One former colleague gave me a card when I left our OBGYN office, saying I taught her to be more attentive and caring for her patients—a reminder that influence extends beyond direct patient care. I also treasure a thank-you card from a patient who was grateful when I quickly caught a recurrence of cancer and helped facilitate a clinical trial therapy when traditional oncology modalities were no longer effective. Those moments reaffirm why I do this work."
Philosophy in action: "I value deep listening and providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each patient. Women are complex, specialized patients, and I strive to meet their needs with attentiveness, respect, and personalized guidance."
