Finding the gap: "I began my nursing career in 2017, working on a medical-surgical unit caring for post-surgical patients in ortho spine, urology, GI, GYN, and breast plastics. In 2021, I transitioned into primary care. That’s where I started to notice a real gap in care for women in midlife. Many patients came in with symptoms of perimenopause and menopause but often felt caught between primary care and OB/GYN, unsure where to turn for answers."

Listening first: "My approach to care starts with listening. I want patients to feel heard and reassured that their symptoms are real and worth addressing. From there, I focus on education and working together to create a personalized treatment plan. Menopause care isn’t one-size-fits-all, and every woman deserves options that fit her body, her symptoms, and her goals."

Growing with the science: "What excites me most about this work is how much we’re still learning. There’s emerging research and evidence-based guidance that can truly improve quality of life for women in midlife. I’m especially passionate about learning more about hormone therapy so I can confidently educate patients, offer thoughtful treatment options, and help them feel like themselves again."
