Book a Visit with Me

A foundation in complex care: "I became a nurse practitioner in 2014 and began my career in oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where I spent four years caring for patients with serious and often life-limiting illnesses. That experience shaped how I think, both clinically and emotionally. Since transitioning to telemedicine in 2017, I’ve worked across primary care, urgent care, lifestyle medicine, and weight management, building a broad, adaptable approach to patient care."

Care that meets people where they are: "Working with under-resourced communities and patients facing chronic or terminal conditions taught me how to think creatively and lead with empathy. When resources are limited, you learn to listen more closely, problem-solve differently, and show up with patience and compassion. I want every patient to feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for."

Why this work matters to me: "I’ve always been drawn to women’s health, and over time, I found real purpose in caring for women in my own stage of life. There’s a deep need for thoughtful, informed care during midlife, and I feel grateful to be part of meeting that need."

Partnership as a care model: "I believe quality healthcare comes from shared decision-making. My role is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance and help patients understand their options so we can make informed decisions together. At Midi, I take a holistic approach, listening closely, understanding each woman’s story, and creating a plan that’s safe, effective, and tailored to her unique needs."
