A foundation in women’s care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2011, beginning my career in the ICU where I built a strong clinical foundation caring for critically ill patients. I followed my passion for women’s health into labor and delivery, supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. In 2017, I became a nurse practitioner after completing my training at the University of Cincinnati. Over the past six years, I’ve worked as a primary care provider with a focus on women’s health, providing care across the lifespan, from reproductive and sexual health to gynecologic care and long-term wellness."
A moment that shaped me: "Early in my time in labor and delivery, I cared for a first-time mom whose labor wasn’t going as planned. She was exhausted and told me she didn’t think she could keep going. I sat beside her, held her hand, and reminded her that she already was. We took it one moment at a time. I watched her shift from fear to strength, and when she finally held her baby, she told me, you made me feel like I could do this. That moment has stayed with me. It reminded me that care is about presence, trust, and helping women find their strength."
Whole-person, lasting health: "My approach is rooted in partnership. I focus on prevention, education, and creating realistic, personalized plans that support long-term well-being. I’ve also pursued additional training in nutrition and weight management, which allows me to support meaningful, sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe true health comes from the connection between mind, body, and daily life—through movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and feeling truly heard."
