A journey full of experiences: "I became a nurse in 1998 and a nurse practitioner in 2006. My journey in healthcare actually began in long-term care, an experience that taught me early on how important it is to care for the whole person. Since then, I’ve worked in medical-surgical, maternity, the emergency department, telemetry, and cardiac catheterization in various states across the country. Each experience has helped me become a more adaptable, compassionate clinician and has strengthened my ability to quickly understand what a patient needs."

Making women feel seen: "Over the years, my work in women’s health opened my eyes to a gap in care for women entering midlife. The changes and challenges women experience during this stage of life can be overwhelming and difficult to manage without the right support. That’s what drew me to Midi. It’s incredibly gratifying to be part of a team where support, awareness, and communication are at the forefront of care. I’m also inspired by Midi’s leadership and the collaborative partnerships that help bring more comprehensive solutions to the many challenges women face during midlife."

Witnessing women’s strength: "I once cared for a young woman who made the incredibly difficult decision to place her baby for adoption. I supported her throughout her pregnancy and postpartum journey and watched her navigate that decision with remarkable maturity and strength. Her story has stayed with me and reminds me of the resilience women carry within them."

Care that starts with connection: "I don’t believe women can be put into a cookie-cutter approach to care. I want to understand what brought you to me, what matters most to you, and what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you and adjust it as your needs change. Above all, I want women to know that they are important to me, that I see them as a whole person, and I want them to trust me and feel that they can confide in me."
