Listening first: "I’ve been a nurse since 2015 and a nurse practitioner since 2020. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I worked in the ER, where I learned to stay calm and compassionate through every kind of situation. I later spent five years in a gynecology practice, serving as the lead provider. Along the way, I saw how often women’s health concerns, especially hormone-related symptoms, were overlooked. That’s what inspired me to join Midi and focus on helping women get the thoughtful, knowledgeable care they deserve."
Believing my patients: "One message from a patient has stayed with me: ‘I always feel better after meeting with you.’ That’s exactly how I hope every patient feels. I believe women know their bodies better than anyone, so I start by listening and trusting what they tell me. When someone says something feels wrong, I believe them."
Making decisions together: "Menopause care isn’t one-size-fits-all. I take a collaborative approach, because my patients’ lived experiences are just as important as my clinical knowledge. Together, we create a plan that fits their goals, symptoms, and lifestyle."
I'm on your team: "I want every patient to leave our visit feeling heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. My goal is for them to know they can always come back with questions or concerns—and that they have a provider who is truly on their team."
