Book a Visit with Me

Building care from the ground up: "I started in healthcare in 2020 and have worked in primary care ever since. From the start, I’ve been especially drawn to women’s health, both improving access and helping advance the quality of care women receive during midlife. My background in primary care has given me a broad lens, allowing me to look at the whole person, not just a single symptom or concern."

Personalized paths to real progress: "Much of my work has focused on helping women reach their weight and health goals. I’ve seen firsthand that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I partner closely with patients, using a mix of nutrition, movement, and, when appropriate, medication, always tailoring the plan to what makes sense for their bodies, their lives, and their goals."

A holistic way of caring: "My approach is holistic at its core. I consider physical health alongside emotional and mental well-being, because all three are deeply connected. When I create a care plan, it’s built around the patient’s individual needs, values, and priorities."

Empowerment as the goal: "The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients get back on track with their health goals. At the end of a visit, I want every patient to feel heard, have all their questions answered, and feel empowered to take control of their health with clarity and confidence."
