Love for the job: “I’ve been a nurse for almost 20 years, but my passion started much earlier when I cared for my diabetic grandmother as a child. I’ve dedicated my career to women’s health, beginning as a labor and delivery nurse and becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2012. From state health departments to university clinics, I’ve focused on providing women with compassionate, informed care at every stage of life.”

Knowledge meets lived experience: “While I bring evidence-based knowledge, you’re the expert on your own body. Together, we’ll work through what’s best for your unique situation, ensuring you’re empowered to make informed choices about your health.”

Our time is your time: “Women in midlife often spend years caring for everyone else, forgetting themselves. I find it incredibly rewarding to help them realize that it’s time to prioritize their own health. Midlife changes can be unexpected, but there are ways to manage them and maintain a high quality of life. As a woman in midlife myself, I understand the journey firsthand, and I’m here to guide you through it.”
