Finding my place in women’s health: "I became a registered nurse in 2015 and a nurse practitioner in 2021. My nursing background is in perioperative services, and over the past several years, I’ve focused on women’s health, hormones and menopause, medical weight management, and GLP-1 medications. I’ve also trained in aesthetics and skin care. I love caring for women in this stage of life and helping them feel better in ways that can touch every part of their day."
A better way to care: "I found Midi while looking for a better balance for my family. Before joining Midi, I was commuting extensively for a hybrid role that included aesthetics, IV services, hormone care, and medical weight management. Midi gave me the opportunity to continue doing the work I love while being part of a model that makes high-quality midlife care more accessible to women."
A moment that changed me: "One of the most meaningful things a patient ever told me was that she finally felt heard. She hadn’t felt that way in previous appointments, and knowing that simply listening had made such a difference changed me forever. I want every patient to know that their concerns matter and that there is space to talk about what they’re experiencing."
Helping you feel like yourself again: "Safety comes first, followed by symptom relief and quality of life. We’ll prioritize what matters most to you—whether that’s sleep, brain fog, mood, temperature regulation, hormones, or weight management. I want my patients to take an active role in their care, and we’ll make decisions together. My favorite thing to hear is that someone is feeling a little more like herself again."
