Book a Visit with Me

Listening with intention: "I began my healthcare career in 2000, and my path in healthcare has taken me through critical care, adult and geriatric primary care, and family medicine. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing in 2022 and continued to work in geriatric and extended care with the Veterans Affairs Maryland Healthcare System. Those experiences shaped not only my clinical expertise but also my deep appreciation for the power of truly listening to patients."

Finding purpose at Midi: "I joined Midi because their mission deeply resonated with me. In family medicine, I’ve met so many women in midlife who felt overlooked or dismissed when discussing their symptoms. I vividly remember when one patient who was struggling with perimenopausal changes thanked me for not calling her ‘crazy.’ That moment has always stayed with me. It reminded me how important it is to validate women’s experiences and ensure they feel understood, respected, and heard."

Care that feels human: "I believe care should always be rooted in empathy and respect. During every visit, I want women to leave feeling not just cared for, but genuinely seen and supported. Listening deeply and working together to find real solutions is the kind of care I strive to provide every day."
