Unexpected passion: “I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for 15 years, starting in med-surg telemetry before moving to pediatric ICU. But as I pursued my NP degree, an unexpected shift opened doors to women's health, and I spent five years at Planned Parenthood, where I found such a love for women’s health. Now, as a Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in public health, I’m excited to focus on menopause care at Midi.”
Knowledge is the best medicine: “When I first started in women’s health, I was shocked by how little many women knew about their own bodies. It became clear that education was just as important as treatment. I love breaking things down in a way that’s easy to understand, empowering women to make informed decisions about their health.”
A care approach that clicks: “I believe in making my patients feel comfortable, and that starts with connection. I love to make people laugh and create a relaxed environment where no question feels off-limits. Whether it’s menopause symptoms or broader health concerns, I want my patients to leave each visit feeling heard, informed, and confident in their care plan.”
