Book a Visit with Me

A path shaped by experience: "I began my career as a nurse in 2013, working in a cardiothoracic intensive care unit, caring for lung transplant patients. From there, I traveled and gained experience in the ER, PACU, and ICU, caring for patients in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. In 2018, I became a nurse practitioner, continuing my work in emergency medicine, where I managed both acute and chronic conditions, and later in urology, supporting women with a wide range of health concerns."

The moment that stayed with me: "One patient once told me it was the first time she felt truly heard in her healthcare journey. That moment has stayed with me. It continues to shape how I show up for every patient—with presence, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to listening."

Care that feels aligned: "Joining Midi felt deeply aligned with my purpose as a provider. I’m passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, especially in areas that are often underserved. Being able to offer calm, compassionate, and accessible care, while truly listening, means everything to me."

Listening first, always: "My approach to midlife care starts with listening. From there, I build personalized, evidence-based plans that address symptoms while supporting long-term health. My goal is for every woman to feel heard, informed, and empowered as she moves through this transition."
