Book a Visit with Me

Evidence-based care: "I’ve been working in healthcare since 2005, beginning my career in the pediatric ICU before transitioning into emergency medicine, where I spent more than a decade caring for patients in both Level I trauma and community hospital settings. I later completed an urgent care fellowship before finding my true fit in integrative medicine, where I discovered how meaningful it is to slow down, listen closely, and care for the whole person, not just a list of symptoms."

Listening first: "One of the biggest lessons throughout my career has been how powerful it is for patients to feel genuinely heard. Again and again, I met women who felt dismissed, minimized, or told their symptoms were simply something they had to live with. That’s what drew me to Midi. I wanted to be part of a team focused on filling that gap and helping women feel supported, informed, and empowered in their healthcare journey."

Care that is personal: "My approach is simple, listen first. I want to understand what matters most to each patient, what challenges they’re facing day to day, and what goals feel realistic for their life. Together, we create a plan that is thoughtful, individualized, and centered around improving quality of life. At the end of a visit, I want my patients to feel cared for, hopeful, and confident that they truly matter."
