A foundation across the full spectrum of care: "I’ve been in healthcare since I was 16, beginning as a nursing assistant before becoming a registered nurse in 2009 and a nurse practitioner in 2015. My experience spans outpatient care, hospital medicine, and telemedicine, with a lot of experience working in complex medical care, palliative, and hospice settings. I care for adults across the lifespan, from early adulthood through end of life, building thoughtful, patient-centered plans that support prevention, treatment, and symptom relief."
Closing the gap in midlife care: "My work in hospice taught me that meaningful care starts with symptom management and aligning treatment with a patient’s goals and values. When I went through menopause myself, I saw just how big the gaps are—there’s very little primary care education around this transition. When my own provider wasn’t comfortable initiating hormone therapy, it became clear how underserved this space is. That experience led me to deepen my knowledge and join Midi, where I can focus on helping women feel supported and informed during midlife."
Thoughtful, individualized symptom relief: "I approach midlife care the same way I approached palliative work, by listening closely and tailoring care to what matters most. Whether it’s hormone therapy or other treatment options, I work collaboratively with patients to find solutions that truly improve their quality of life."
