Prevention as a priority: "I began my nursing career in 2012, and transitioned to family care in 2021. My background is in cardiology, where I cared for patients with complex conditions and saw firsthand how heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol can change the course of a person’s life. One belief has guided me ever since: the best way to treat disease is to prevent it. I’m passionate about identifying risk early and helping patients shift the trajectory before problems take hold."

Flipping the script on midlife: "I originally joined Midi because I was interested in prescribing weight loss medications and focusing on metabolic health. What surprised me was how powerful treating perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms could be. Hormones, weight, heart health, and energy are deeply connected. When we support women during this transition, we’re not just improving how they feel today, we’re protecting their long-term health."

You have choices: "Recently, my sister said to me, ‘you mean there are other options than to just cope with perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms?’ That moment stuck with me. So many women assume they just have to push through brain fog, weight gain, poor sleep, and mood changes. They don’t. I love helping women realize they have choices."

Care with intention: "I’m comfortable ordering proactive screening, including coronary artery calcium testing, and I work closely with patients to optimize risk factors so we can prevent coronary artery disease before it starts. Through telemedicine, women can take charge of their health in a way that’s modern, accessible, and empowering. My goal is to help women feel better now while building a healthier future."
