A lifelong connection to women’s health: "I’ve been in healthcare since 1999, and have been working in OB/GYN care for decades.I have extensive experience working in outpatient physician practices, as well as in integrated health centers alongside midwives. Over the years, I’ve cared for women across all stages of life, with experience ranging from urogynecologic care to gynecologic surgery. Women’s health has always felt like home to me, it started with a rotation I loved in school and never let go."

When listening changes everything: "One patient came to me at a breaking point, her mood swings were affecting her work, her confidence, and her sense of stability. She and her husband both had concerns about treatment, and she worried about what her symptoms might mean for her future. We slowed down, talked through every concern, and worked together on a plan she felt comfortable trying. When she returned for follow-up, her quality of life had improved dramatically. Seeing her relief and gratitude reminded me how powerful thoughtful, collaborative care can be."

Compassion without judgment: "My care philosophy is to provide compassionate care in a nonjudgmental environment. I believe women deserve to feel heard, supported, and respected, especially during midlife when symptoms can feel confusing or overwhelming."

Working together toward real relief: "I focus on listening with an open mind and guiding patients in a collaborative way. Together, we set goals, talk honestly about options, and move at a pace that feels right, so each woman can feel confident in the care she chooses and the life she’s building."
