Book a Visit with Me

Closing the access gap: "I've been a nurse since 2000 and became a nurse practitioner in 2017. My career has taken me from the ICU to women's health, neurology, and primary care before I found my passion in hormone replacement therapy. After completing my training in hormone therapy, I realized how important it is for women's long-term health. Growing up in a small rural town in Kentucky, I saw firsthand how limited access can be—the nearest provider offering hormone therapy was a 45-minute drive away, and for many women, that meant going without care. That's what brought me to Midi, where I can help make expert, evidence-based care accessible to women no matter where they live."

You are not crazy: "One of the most meaningful moments in my work is seeing the relief on a woman's face when she realizes she's not imagining her symptoms and that there are options to help her feel like herself again. I've had many patients cry during visits because, for the first time, they felt heard, understood, and validated instead of being told that what they were experiencing was simply ‘normal.’"

Meeting you where you are: "My philosophy is to listen first and meet patients where they are. As long as it's safe, I believe patients should help drive their own care. My goal is for every woman to leave our visit feeling heard, empowered, and confident that we have a plan built around her needs and goals."
