From rural healthcare to virtually everywhere: “I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 17 years and a Nurse Practitioner for nearly nine, primarily in rural settings. My work has allowed me to care for patients of all ages, but I’ve found my passion in supporting midlife women. Helping women find their voice and get the care they deserve has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.”
Lessons from my own health journey: “Like so many of my patients, I hit a point of burnout while juggling work, motherhood, and my own health. That experience sent me on a journey to figure out what was holding me back from feeling my best. In doing so, I became a better provider, one who truly understands the struggles of midlife. Now, I use that perspective to connect with my patients on a deeper level.”
Treating women fully: “My approach integrates multiple modalities, including nurse coaching, so I can treat not just disease, but overall wellness. At Midi, I get to truly listen, give women the time they need, and empower them with knowledge. My goal is to walk alongside my patients, offering the support and tools they need to make the best decisions for their health.”
