Book a Visit with Me

A foundation across every setting: "I’ve been in healthcare for over two decades, starting as a Respiratory Therapist in critical care with a focus on NICU, and later working as an EMT. I became a registered nurse in 2017, caring for patients in dialysis, medical-surgical care, PCU, and the emergency room before earning my nurse practitioner degree in 2021. For the past four years, I’ve worked in primary care, treating patients from infancy through older adulthood, which has shaped how I see the full arc of health."

Drawn to do better for women: "Working with perimenopausal and menopausal patients in primary care made me realize how much more I wanted to offer. As a woman, I know I’ll face many of these changes myself, and that personal connection drives me. Every woman’s experience is different, and I’m drawn to the challenge of finding what truly works for each individual."

Care that adapts to you: "Care should never be one-size-fits-all. If a treatment isn’t working, we adjust, rethink, and move forward together until we find something that does."

Listening as the starting point: "When a patient comes to me with midlife symptoms, I focus on gathering the full picture. Often, the details reveal patterns that guide the best next steps. I also prioritize education, so my patients feel informed, prepared, and confident in managing whatever comes next."
