Book a Visit with Me

Caring from prevention forward: "I started my career in 2010 in the ICU/CCU, and that’s where I realized how much better outcomes could be if people had strong preventive care from the start. That experience pushed me to transition to family practice in 2016. In primary care, I’ve been able to do what I love most—helping patients with everything from cholesterol and diabetes management to birth control counseling and gynecological care. When COVID hit, I shifted into telemedicine and have been working virtually ever since, which has allowed me to stay connected to patients when they need it most."

Connection in challenging times: "Some of my most memorable moments in my career came during the height of COVID, when resources were scarce and patients were reaching out nonstop for screenings and medications. Those visits reinforced what I’ve always believed—that listening, building trust, and really showing up for people are what matter most in medicine."

My philosophy: "My motto is to take care of the patient first, and everything else will follow. I try to approach every visit as more than just a medical checklist, it’s about listening to someone’s concerns and treating them as I would a friend or family member."

Life outside of work: "Outside of work, I love being active, whether that’s hiking, playing tennis or pickleball, or spending time at the beach. I also enjoy cooking, traveling, and experiencing new cultures. At home, I get plenty of joy from my little poodle, Belly, who always keeps me smiling."
