Book a Visit with Me

Three decades and counting, with women at every stage: "I began my healthcare career in 1995, focusing specifically on women’s health in 2006. I spent my first ten years in labor and delivery before moving into private practice with a large OB/GYN group. Along the way, I also worked in patient education and served as an adjunct professor, teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals. No matter the setting, caring for women has always been the throughline of my work."

Real-life experience reshaping care: "My interest in supporting women through midlife grew out of my own experience. As I navigated my own symptoms, I realized the ‘recommended’ approaches of the time were often limited, inaccurate, or outdated. It wasn’t a single moment that shifted my path, but a growing awareness that women deserved more — more clarity, more options, and more truly individualized support."

Listening as the foundation: "When I meet with a patient, I want to hear the full story — what they’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and what concerns or fears they’re carrying. Those details help me tailor plans that feel personal and doable, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to midlife care. At Midi, I’m able to pair deep listening with evidence-based treatment options, and that’s incredibly meaningful."
