Part of a movement: "I became a nurse in 2013 and a nurse practitioner in 2017, working in inpatient care, emergency rooms, urgent care, and, most recently, women’s health. As I approached 40, I realized the women navigating this transition were my peers. I watched friends struggle to find answers or be told what they were experiencing was simply normal. I saw a clear gap in care and wanted to help fill it."
Feeling heard: "So many women come to me saying, I just don’t feel like myself anymore. I want them to know I’m listening and that what they’re experiencing matters. There’s nothing better than seeing the relief on a woman’s face when she finally feels heard and validated."
Trust the process: "I take a thorough history and believe in baseline lab work because hormonal shifts aren’t always the whole story. I want to cover all our bases and create an individualized plan. I also remind patients that this isn’t a quick fix. Trust the process, give it time, and we’ll work together to get you back to feeling your best."
Finding the fun in wellness: "I’m a mom of three boys living in Central Massachusetts and an avid golfer. I believe exercise should also be fun, which is exactly how I found my way to golf. "
