Book a Visit with Me

A lifetime in care: "I have been in healthcare since the 1990s and bring a background in nursing education spanning from pre-licensure to master’s programs. In 2021, I stepped into an advanced clinical role focused on family-centered care and have since worked across primary care, urgent care, and aesthetics, caring for patients of all ages with both acute and chronic conditions. My interest in women’s health and healthy aging is what brought me to Midi, where I can focus on supporting women through midlife with intention and care."

Listening first: "I’ve learned that one of the most important things I can offer is a nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard. I take the time to truly listen and understand each person’s concerns, because no two experiences are the same. My goal is for every patient to feel respected, supported, and confident that their voice matters in the room."

Care as collaboration: "My approach is rooted in partnership. I use evidence-based care, but just as importantly, I make sure each plan reflects the patient’s needs, values, and goals. We build a path forward together—one that feels realistic, not overwhelming—so that success is not only possible, but sustainable. I also bring experience in weight management and hormone therapy, helping patients find balanced, individualized solutions that support long-term health."

Simple, attainable, effective: "I focus on creating treatment plans that patients feel good about and are ready to follow. Through shared decision-making, we prioritize what matters most and take manageable steps toward better health. When care feels personal, achievable, and aligned, that’s when real progress happens."
