Book a Visit with Me

Listening first: "My career began in the emergency department, where I worked in the ER and with sexual assault cases. Those early experiences showed me how critical it is for women to have access to compassionate, evidence-based care. Since 2016, I’ve worked in outpatient gynecology and trained other nurse practitioners in that setting."

Empathy and access: "I joined Midi because women in midlife deserve high-quality, evidence-based care that truly meets their needs. Menopause can bring a range of physical and emotional changes, and too often, women struggle to find the answers or support they need. I’m passionate about helping women find relief and feel like themselves again."

Moments that matter: "One patient I cared for had been unable to get in with her gynecologist and was struggling with severe hot flashes and sleepless nights. She came in with a long list of concerns that hadn’t been addressed elsewhere. We talked through her symptoms, started her on an estrogen patch and progesterone, and within weeks she experienced a huge improvement. Seeing her relief and gratitude reminded me how transformative it can be when women finally have access to attentive, individualized care."

My philosophy: "I want every patient to feel comfortable, heard, and respected. My goal is for each woman to leave our visit feeling understood, never judged, and confident in both the plan we’ve created and the reasons behind it."
