Rooted in women’s health: "I began my healthcare career in 2010 and have been practicing adult gerontology care and primary care since 2015. I bring over a decade of experience across women’s health and primary care, with more than seven years working in OB/GYN settings. During that time, I cared for women across the reproductive lifespan, supporting prenatal journeys, postpartum transitions, and complex reproductive health needs. Those years shaped my deep respect for listening closely, educating thoughtfully, and showing up as a true partner in care."
Meeting patients where they are: "Over the last two years, my work has focused on HIV prevention and STI care, including PrEP management, testing, treatment, and sexual health education. This reinforced my belief in creating safe, judgment-free spaces where patients feel comfortable asking questions and taking ownership of their health. Empowerment through knowledge and prevention is central to how I practice."
Seeing care from the other side: "A personal health experience taught me what vulnerability really feels like on the other side of the exam room. Navigating uncertainty reshaped how I show up for patients—slowing down, making space for questions, and honoring how much trust it takes to process new information and make decisions."
Partnership as a philosophy: "My care philosophy is rooted in collaboration. I want women to feel heard, validated, and hopeful—to know their symptoms are real and that they are not alone. Together, we build plans that make sense for their lives, values, and long-term well-being."
