Book a Visit with Me

From critical care to preventative care: "I began my healthcare career in 2012 in the ICU, where I learned the importance of precision, teamwork, and strong patient advocacy. After over a decade in hospital care, I transitioned into primary care in 2021, drawn to the preventative side of medicine and the opportunity to help patients stay well, not just recover."

Listening as medicine: "One patient in particular taught me an important lesson. She came in with a long list of symptoms, some of which others had dismissed, and by taking the time to explore each concern, we ultimately discovered both cancer and a rare gynecological condition. She received proper treatment and is now doing much better. That experience reminded me that compassionate care begins with taking the time to listen, and believing women."

Empathy in action: "My philosophy centers on holistic, equitable, and patient-centered care. I focus on education and evidence-based practices to help women better understand their health and feel confident in their care decisions. I strive to treat the whole person, acknowledging the physical, emotional, and social factors that shape each woman’s health. I’m passionate about helping my patients prevent or manage chronic conditions. I want every patient to leave feeling cared for, maybe even empowered, and definitely hopeful."
