Seeing the gap firsthand: "I became a nurse in 2017, starting on a stroke and renal floor of the hospital before moving into labor and delivery, NICU, and postpartum care in 2019. That’s where my passion for women’s health really began. I became a family nurse practitioner in 2021 and spent five years in a women’s OB/GYN emergency room, caring for everything from abnormal bleeding to urgent deliveries and other medical emergencies."

Women deserve to be heard: "In the emergency room, I often saw women in perimenopause come in with heavy bleeding after feeling dismissed elsewhere. They weren’t sure what was normal, what wasn’t, or what options were available. Seeing that uncertainty made the gap in midlife care impossible to ignore, and it’s what led me to Midi."

Listen, validate, decide together: "My first step in every appointment is simple: I listen and validate. Your symptoms are real, they aren’t in your head, and you’re not alone. From there, we’ll walk through safe and effective options, talk about the pros and cons of each, and find what feels right for you. I believe in making decisions together."

Intentional care, always improving: "I love how hard Midi works to give women the best possible care. We’re constantly learning, updating our approach, and improving the patient experience. That intentionality is what makes this work so meaningful to me."
