Grounded in women’s health: “I started my career as a labor and delivery nurse, and spent several years working in postpartum care while in graduate school. I went on to specialize in treating vulvovaginal conditions like chronic pain, dermatologic issues, and painful sex, including published research on recurrent yeast infections. Altogether, I’ve spent over seven years focusing on midlife and menopause care, and women’s health has truly shaped the core of my work.”

When care gets personal: “When my water broke at 20 weeks with my second daughter, I found myself relying on a medical system that didn’t always listen. I learned how crucial it is to feel heard and involved in your care, especially when your instincts or research point in a different direction. Today, I approach patient care with curiosity, flexibility, and respect for a patient’s lived experience and perspective.”

Let’s treat the big picture: “Whether it’s managing menopause, sexual health, or weight concerns, I love finding the right mix of treatments that work for each unique body and experience. I take a holistic approach that respects mental, physical, and sexual well-being, meeting patients where they are to figure it out together.”
