Building from a broad foundation: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2014, starting out in medical surgical care before advancing into family medicine and internal medicine. I became a nurse practitioner in 2019, and over the years I’ve cared for a wide range of patients, which taught me how important it is to look at the whole person—not just a set of symptoms."
Listening as the starting point: "I’ve seen so many patients come through the door after searching for answers from multiple providers. That’s stayed with me. It reinforced how powerful it is to slow down, really listen, and make sure patients feel heard. I focus on building care plans with my patients, not for them, so their concerns and goals are always front and center."
Helping women feel like themselves again: "Working at Midi inspires me because I get to support women through major life transitions and help them feel good again. Care should be collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution—treatment should reflect who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what matters most to you."
