Rooted in women’s health: “After six years in labor and delivery, I shifted my focus to midlife care after earning my master’s in 2023. What truly changed my perspective and my path was realizing how little education we receive as women’s health providers about what happens in midlife. I started seeking out extra training and classes to deepen my expertise, so I could better support and advocate for my patients.”
A broken system and a new path: “So many women are told “that’s just part of aging,” but it’s not the whole story. There’s still a lot of fear and misinformation out there, especially around hormone therapy, and that lack of knowledge leaves people struggling. My absolute goal as a provider is to help my patients navigate these years with clarity and confidence.”
Come as you are: “When patients come to me, they’re often feeling dismissed, discouraged, and out of options. I want to change that. Whether you need to laugh, vent, or cry, I’m here for it. We’ll take the time, ask the right questions, and work together to find what helps. It might take a few tries, but I want my patients to walk away knowing that we’re going to get them feeling good again.”
