Making healthcare personal: "I became a nurse in 2018 and a Nurse Practitioner in 2021. I spent a little over a year in family practice before moving into women’s health, where I’ve now worked for more than three years. Along the way, I realized I naturally felt more empathy toward women’s health concerns. I found it deeply interesting—and deeply needed. Joining Midi felt aligned with my heart. Midlife care is underserved, and I love being part of a model that truly focuses on this phase of life."

Care that treats the whole story: "I once treated a woman struggling with menopausal symptoms. After starting HRT, she told me she finally felt like herself again, and didn’t think that was possible. That moment meant everything. It reminded me that I’m not just easing hot flashes or sleep issues. I’m helping someone feel mentally and emotionally whole again. That’s powerful."

A new standard for midlife support: "My approach is grounded in education and partnership. I talk through risks and benefits, help debunk misinformation about HRT, and make it clear: it’s your body, your choice. I’m here to guide, answer questions, and support, not dictate. I want every patient to leave feeling heard, cared for, and confident in her plan."
