A passion for prevention: "I began my career in inpatient care, later moving into primary care and family medicine. Preventative care has always been at the heart of my work—I love helping people feel their best and stay healthy through every stage of life."
Meeting a need for midlife women: "I joined Midi because I saw how much room there was to improve care for women in midlife. It’s such a demanding stage—many are raising children, caring for parents, working full time, and navigating the physical and emotional changes of menopause. Helping women feel more like themselves again is deeply rewarding."
Seeing the difference: "Each time a patient tells me that their overall well-being has improved, I can see it in their face—even through a screen. They smile more, they have energy again, and that’s when I know the care we’re providing is truly making an impact."
Care as collaboration: "After a visit with me, I want patients to feel heard, understood, and cared for. We’re in this journey together, and I see myself as a tool to help them navigate their health with confidence and support."
