Finding a path in women’s health: “I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in early 2020, just before COVID turned the world upside down. My journey since then has been dedicated to weight management and women’s health, particularly in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. I’m certified through The Menopause Society, and I’m deeply committed to helping women navigate this unique phase and feel their best.”

Empathy from experience: “Having faced my own struggles with weight management, I understand firsthand the frustrations many women feel as their bodies change in midlife. My personal experience allows me to relate to patients on a meaningful level, especially around menopausal weight gain, which can feel isolating and overwhelming. I believe these shared experiences help me build a strong, empathetic connection with each patient.”

Listening at the core: “To me, the most important aspect of care is listening and truly hearing what patients are going through. I make sure my patients feel part of their treatment plan and comfortable with each step we take. Watching women transform and reclaim the best version of themselves is, by far, the most rewarding part of my work.”
