Book a Visit with Me

A broad clinical perspective: I’ve been a nurse since the late 1990s, beginning at Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong, where I spent nearly 14 years caring for children in pediatric and cardiac intensive care, emergency care, and ambulatory settings. I was also part of the pediatric transport and palliative care teams and served as a clinical resource nurse for the pediatric service. I became a nurse practitioner in 2013 and went on to care for patients of all ages in urgent care, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, allergy, asthma, immunology, and rheumatology.

Making women feel heard: "After COVID, I saw how many women, including myself, weren’t feeling heard by their healthcare providers. I joined Midi because I wanted to help change that experience and give women the information they need to understand their symptoms and make informed choices. No one should be told that what they’re experiencing is all in their head."

A team effort: "I believe strongly in shared decision-making, patient autonomy, and evidence-based personalization. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I see myself as an expert partner who brings information to the table while making sure each woman’s health history, genetics, lifestyle, and goals are part of the conversation."

Finding what fits: "I start by listening to what’s bothering a woman most and identifying her top priorities. Whether we consider hormone therapy or another approach, we’ll look at options together without overwhelming her. My goal is for every woman to leave feeling confident in her decision, and knowing that she initiated this change for herself."
