Caring for women through change: "I became a registered nurse in 2015 and transitioned into women’s health as a women’s health nurse practitioner and midwife in 2019.My background is in OB/GYN, caring for women throughout pregnancy, delivering babies, supporting them postpartum, and providing outpatient gynecologic care. I joined Midi because I wanted to help women through another incredibly important transition, perimenopause and menopause."
From discouraged to thriving: "Some of the most rewarding moments in my work are when patients first come to me feeling discouraged and then return feeling like a new person after finding the right treatment plan. Menopause can feel so difficult, but with the right support, women can thrive and feel well during this time of life."
Listening comes first: "I start every visit by listening. I want to understand what a patient has been through, how she feels, and the symptoms she’s experiencing. From there, I help her understand the hormonal changes happening in her body and, most importantly, know that there is hope."
A plan that feels like yours: "I want every patient to feel truly seen and heard, not like just another person. I explain the options, answer questions, and invite her to guide the plan toward what feels right for her. My goal is for every patient to leave with hope, a deeper understanding of her health, and confidence in a plan that reflects her unique needs and goals."
