Book a Visit with Me

Finding my path: "I began my nursing career in 2019, starting in the emergency room during COVID, where I learned quickly how to stay grounded in fast-moving, high-pressure moments. I later worked in the NICU while completing my graduate training, and in 2023 I became a nurse practitioner focused in family care. Since then, I’ve gained experience in weight loss and primary care, where I started to notice a pattern—so many of my patients were women searching for answers about their bodies."

Recognizing the gap: "In primary care, I had patients ask about hormone therapy, and I realized I wasn’t equipped with the knowledge they deserved. That led me to pursue additional training and stay curious so I could better support my patients with informed, thoughtful care. At the same time, I saw how often women were navigating weight changes and hormonal shifts without clear guidance. That stuck with me. When I found Midi, it felt like the right place to grow and truly support women in feeling their best."

Listening as care: "What inspires me most is helping women feel heard and validated. I never want a patient to feel dismissed or alone in what they’re experiencing. My approach is simple: don’t give up on the patient. I stay curious, keep digging, and work alongside them until we find what helps them feel like themselves again."

Care that doesn’t stop short: "Whether it’s weight changes or hormone-related symptoms, I focus on meeting each patient where they are and building a plan that fits their life. I’m committed to doing everything I can to help my patients feel better—because they deserve solutions, support, and someone who’s truly in their corner."
