Book a Visit with Me

A broad clinical foundation: "I’ve been a nurse since 2009, beginning my career as an emergency department nurse. Since becoming a family nurse practitioner in 2021, I’ve cared for patients in urgent care, primary care, and women’s health. That range of experience has taught me to look at the whole person, not just a single symptom."

Collaborate care: "One of the things that has shaped me most is hearing women say, ‘I knew something wasn’t right, but I felt like no one was listening.’ I’ve learned that when a woman says she doesn’t feel like herself, that deserves attention. I want to listen for the story behind the symptoms and help connect the dots rather than dismiss each concern individually."

Less chaos, more clarity: "Midlife symptoms rarely happen in isolation. I work with each patient to understand what’s affecting her life most, whether that’s sleep, mood, energy, sexual health, metabolic health, or overall well-being. We talk honestly about evidence-based options and create a plan that fits her symptoms, goals, health history, and comfort level."

Let's prioritize you: "As a wife and mom of three, I understand how easy it can be to put yourself near the bottom of a very long list. I love humor, real conversations, and helping patients feel comfortable enough to tell me what’s actually going on. My hope is that a visit with me feels less like sitting in a doctor’s office and more like pulling up a chair, having an honest conversation, and figuring out together what comes next."
