Helping women feel like themselves again: "I've been a nurse since 1986, beginning my career in critical care before becoming a nurse practitioner in 2008 and transitioning to primary care. Joining Midi gave me the opportunity to focus on caring for women in midlife—a time when hormonal changes, life transitions, and increasing responsibilities often happen all at once. Too often, the symptoms women experience are overlooked or dismissed as simply getting older. I'm passionate about helping women understand what's happening in their bodies and giving them the tools to take charge of their health."
The joy of feeling better: "One of the most rewarding parts of my work is hearing patients tell me their night sweats and hot flashes are gone, their libido has returned, and they finally have the energy to enjoy the things they love again. Knowing they feel heard, supported, and grateful for getting their lives back reminds me why this work is so meaningful."
Education, partnership, and trust: "I believe in an educational, preventive approach to care. I partner closely with each patient to understand their goals and create a personalized, achievable plan that fits their life. Compassion is at the heart of every visit because trust allows patients to share openly, feel supported, and move forward with confidence in their treatment."
