Book a Visit with Me

A foundation built across care settings: "I began my nursing career in 2012 and became a nurse practitioner in 2018. My background includes acute care, peri-operative services, and forensic nursing, which has given me a deep appreciation for meeting patients in vulnerable moments. I’ve also spent over eight years working in reproductive health, where I gained extensive experience in family planning, contraceptive management, sexual health, and gender-affirming care."

Filling a gap in women’s health: "Providing evidence-based perimenopause and menopause care is deeply important to me. I’ve seen how often women are brushed off or left to manage symptoms on their own, and it doesn’t have to be that way. As a millennial, I relate to so many women who want to feel confident, energized, and well as they move through this stage of life. That’s what drew me to Midi—removing barriers and making high-quality care more accessible."

Care that centers the patient: "My philosophy is simple: patients know their bodies best. My role is to listen closely, understand their goals, and work alongside them to create a plan that feels right."

Personalized, goal-driven treatment: "When working with women in midlife, I focus on defining what ‘feeling your best’ means to each individual. From there, I tailor care plans that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and real, meaningful symptom relief."
