Following women’s stories: "I have been caring for women since 2003, first finding my way into labor and delivery in Flagstaff, Arizona. Witnessing birth, its strength, vulnerability, and transformation, shaped how I understand trust, advocacy, and what it truly means to show up for someone. I later earned my master’s degree from Georgetown University in 2017, transitioning to women’s primary care and midwifery. Today, I live and work in Indiana, providing outpatient care to women across the lifespan. My experience spans hospitals, community clinics, federally qualified health centers, integrative medicine practices, birth centers, and home birth—each setting deepening my belief that healthcare is, above all, personal."
Being heard is healing: "Many women come to me after being told their symptoms are ‘just normal,’ with little explanation and even less support. I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone finally listens. In a warm, open space, women often share the concerns and life experiences they’ve been carrying quietly for years. Sitting with those stories, offering education, and building a plan together is the heart of my work."
Midlife is not the end of the story: "I don’t believe midlife is about surrendering to aging. I see it as an invitation to reconnect with your body, reclaim your voice, and feel strong again. I treat women the way I would want to be treated: with respect, curiosity, and partnership. That shared belief in thoughtful, personalized care is what brought me to Midi, where women’s voices are centered and midlife care is finally given the time and attention it deserves."
