Book a Visit with Me

Rooted in community care: "I began in healthcare in 2006, and stepped into an advanced clinical role in 2021. My background spans inpatient and outpatient settings, public health, quality improvement and leadership roles, with extensive experience working in community health with underserved populations. Over time, I’ve focused more deeply on perimenopause, gender-affirming care, and the intersection of mental health and substance use disorders—areas where I’ve seen how often women and other marginalized group's needs go unheard."

A turning point: "My own perimenopausal journey drew me toward in depth exploration surrounding midlife care. Additionally, one patient’s story stays with me. She came to me in midlife after years of worsening mental health, poor sleep, strained family relationships, job loss, and increasing substance use—despite many medication trials. When we started menopausal hormone therapy, the shift was profound. She was able to taper off of her mental health medications, rebuild relationships, return to meaningful work, and begin caring for her health again. Moments like that remind me how life-changing the right care can be."

Care as a partnership: "I see it as a privilege to be part of someone’s healthcare journey. I meet patients where they are at, with a focus on shared decision-making — empowering them as the ones in the driver’s seat. My approach is whole-person and trauma-informed, recognizing that mental and physical health are equally important."

Restoring quality of life: "At Midi, I’m driven to provide evidence-based care for perimenopause and beyond, helping women move through this transition feeling supported, understood, and able to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves."
