Grounded in primary care: "I’ve been in healthcare since 2008 and have spent much of my career in primary care, caring for adults in internal medicine with a focus on prevention, early detection, and the treatment of acute and chronic conditions. My goal has always been simple: to help patients feel their absolute best."
Why midlife women’s health matters to me: "I joined Midi because I wanted to focus on helping women thrive during what should be some of the best years of their lives. As a woman myself, I understand how challenging life transitions can be—and how often women struggle to have their symptoms heard, validated, and treated. Supporting women through midlife feels both personal and deeply meaningful to me."
Partnership as care: "I want every patient to feel truly heard. I believe the best care happens when we work together as partners, openly discussing health concerns and building a plan that fits each person’s needs and goals. I stay up to date on evidence-based research so I can educate and guide my patients with confidence and clarity."
Celebrating progress: "Some of my favorite moments are when patients surprise themselves with what they’re able to achieve. Seeing someone succeed with recommendations, make proactive changes, and experience real improvements in their health is incredibly rewarding. I approach every patient the same way I would care for my family—or myself—with respect, empathy, and trust."
