A lifetime of caring for women: "I began my healthcare career in 2000 and spent most of my years in the inpatient setting, caring for patients in renal diabetic care, labor and delivery, orthopedic surgery, and breast oncology surgery. Supporting women through childbirth and later through the challenges of breast cancer shaped my early sense of purpose. I transitioned to family care a little over three years ago, and that same dedication to women’s health has carried through every step of my path."

Where integrative care began for me: "In my early twenties, my own OB/GYN introduced me to integrative women’s health. That experience completely changed the way I thought about wellness, and I carried that perspective straight into my patient care. I’ve always believed there’s value in looking at both traditional and non-traditional options to help women feel their best."

Helping women find what truly works for them: "There’s so much information out there today, and sorting through what’s helpful versus overwhelming isn’t easy. My goal is to help women choose the blend of care that supports their personal journey, whether that includes nutrition, movement, mental health, or thoughtful medication management tailored to their needs. The traditional medical space often doesn’t give women the time or the space to be fully heard. At Midi, I’m inspired by the opportunity to truly listen and to meet women’s concerns with compassion, clarity, and a plan that makes sense for their lives. "
