Book a Visit with Me

A foundation in primary care: "I’ve worked as a nurse practitioner in primary care since 2015, and I've always focused on helping people live healthy lives and maintain a good quality of life as they get older. I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to have a more active role in providing care for patients."

Midlife, personally: "I’m in my 40s, and at this stage of my life, I feel I can relate more closely to women who are at this point in their journey. The expertise and the focus on compassion is what drew me to Midi."

Life-changing possibilities: "I once cared for a woman who was miserable during perimenopause. After starting HRT, she told me the treatment was ‘life-changing.’ Seeing that kind of transformation reinforced just how much HRT and lifestyle changes can improve a woman's quality of life."

Listening first: "I believe the first step is always listening to a woman’s experience and understanding her symptoms and their impact on her everyday life. Treatment isn’t cookie cutter. It needs to be individualized to each person."

Hope through partnership: "I want every woman to finish their visit feeling heard and hopeful about the treatment plan we’ve developed together."
