Finding my path through women’s health: "I graduated from Rhode Island College with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and became a nurse practitioner in 2017 after completing my master’s degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. My path into women’s health became deeply personal during my first pregnancy in 2013. My OB/GYN made me feel genuinely cared for, heard, and important, and I knew I wanted to create that same experience for other women. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice OB/GYN, heart failure care, and women’s health across multiple states as a military spouse and mom of three."
Helping women feel like themselves again: "Early in my career, I saw firsthand how life-changing hormone replacement therapy could be. We used health questionnaires before and after treatment, and the improvement women experienced after just a few months was striking. Seeing women regain their energy, confidence, and sense of self made me passionate about helping women navigate midlife with support and compassion."
Care that feels personal: "I want every woman to leave a visit with me feeling heard, understood, and respected. My approach is highly individualized because no two women experience midlife the same way. What inspires me most about Midi is the ability to help women through this transition with grace and care while also expanding access through telehealth."
My joy outside the clinic: "Outside of work, you can usually find me running, hiking, at my kids’ sporting events, practicing hot yoga, or cheering for the Boston Red Sox — a lifelong loyalty from growing up in Rhode Island."
