Women’s health as a lifelong calling: "I’ve worked in women’s health since the 1990s, beginning my career in Boston in GYN oncology before moving into obstetrical and gynecologic care in private practice and later within a large integrated healthcare system. I also spent time working in reproductive endocrinology and infertility care before transitioning to a federally qualified health center, where I focused heavily on gynecologic care for underserved women. Across every role, my passion has remained the same: helping women feel empowered to seek the care they want and need, especially preventive care that can protect their long-term health."

Listening changes everything: "I was drawn to Midi after hearing friends describe how genuinely heard they felt by their clinicians. So many had previously been dismissed or told to simply wait out their perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. I wanted to be part of a model that listens carefully, values research-backed care, and helps women explore safe, effective options,  even when they have complex medical histories."

Helping women find a path forward: "Some of my most meaningful experiences have come from caring for women without consistent access to healthcare. I love helping patients identify what matters most to them and then strategize together about how to reach those goals. I believe the heart of good care is creating a space where women feel understood, supported, and confident advocating for themselves."
